On the day school begins, a boy falls in love for the first time. Candela sits in front of him in the classroom. So in love, she's all he sees. But Candela only has eyes for the birds. There are birds on her pants and dresses. She draws birds on her notebooks and folders. And when she speaks, she sounds like a bird singing very slowly. So, in a bold attempt to get Candela's attention, the boy decides to go to school dressed as a bird. At school, everyone looks at him and laughs, but the boy doesn't mind. Because when it comes to love, the only choice is to follow the heart and spread the wings.
 
No dia em que começa a escola, um menino apaixona-se pela primeira vez. Candela senta-se à sua frente na sala de aula. De tão apaixonado, ela é tudo o que ele vê. Mas Candela só tem olhos para os pássaros. Há pássaros nas suas calças e vestidos. Ela desenha pássaros nos seus cadernos e pastas. E quando fala, parece um pássaro que canta muito devagar.
