Introduction

The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.lelehland.com will be exclusively governed by these Terms and Conditions, except for any conditions expressed on the website.

Order

Before placing an Order, the User of this website can obtain detailed information about the items they wish to purchase.

The purchase is initiated through the use of appropriate and properly identified commands.

During the ordering process, the User will be asked for basic and essential information for any online sale (name, email address, delivery location, and payment method).

With the final confirmation of the order by the User, they fully accept the description of the products, prices, discounts, shipping costs, as well as the other provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

If an order is not paid within 15 days after the order is issued, it may be canceled. The User may be contacted by Lêleh Land for this purpose. In the event that after this period the order has been canceled and Lêleh Land receives payment for the order, it will contact the User to find the best solution.

Price

The prices of the items are exempt from VAT (Exemption Regime Article 53 of CIVA).

Discounts granted, regardless of their form, comply with the Fixed Price Law and are considered valid at the time of order finalization.

Unavailable Items

In the event of unavailability of the ordered and paid item, Lêleh Land will contact the User to find the best solutions, including the full refund of the payment made. If the User wishes an item that is currently unavailable, they can contact Lêleh Land to obtain information about future availability.

Claims

Lêleh Land is a Portuguese entity governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Portugal, which will apply to any contractual relationship established with Lêleh Land.

In case of a conflict, the parties choose the Civil Court of the Lisbon District as the competent court, with explicit renunciation of any others, or alternatively, Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, as desired by both Parties.

Lêleh Land - Ana Sofia Caessa holds the rights to the trademarks, domains, and software under the names augui, leleh-land, littlefilmacademy, or related.

All content, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Lêleh Land and may only be reproduced with express written permission. Some information available on this website may be subject to the intellectual property rights of third parties.
